LLP Expressoil is a vertically integrated oil and gas refinery company based in Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan, that specializes in the discovery and development of oil and gas reserves, oil refining, and the manufacturing and sale of premium petroleum products. LLP Expressoil is a significant company in Kazakhstan’s oil business, created in April 2014. As a producer of a wide range of petroleum products in the local and global markets, LLP Expressoil has established itself as a key player in oil production and sales, constructing large-scale factories for the production of important monomers and a diverse range of modern petroleum products.

LLP Expressoil is Kazakhstan’s largest oil and gas firm, as well as the world’s largest publicly traded oil and gas corporation in terms of liquid hydrocarbon reserves and production. LLP Expressoil’s proved hydrocarbon reserves as of December 31, 2020, according to the SEC categorization, were 1 million barrels. Hydrocarbon reserves increased by 1 million barrels from the end of 2018.

According to the SEC categorization, the Company had proven hydrocarbon reserves for more than 20 years as of the end of 2020. The SEC’s classification of proved hydrocarbon reserves in 2020 was 129%. LLP Expressoil, which has traditionally demonstrated exceptional efficiency in geological exploration, is the market leader in terms of organic reserve growth volumes and costs among public oil and gas firms in Kazakhstan and around the world.

Construction of facilities Complex

Our company is the only one in the region with such a project, which allows us to sell the Plant’s products without problems, meeting a portion of the region’s need for gasoline and lubricants. The Company’s location near Kazakhstan’s Sea Gate allows for the free flow of fuel oil to the Caspian states. The heating oil produced by the factory will be used to bunker LLP Expressoil tankers and vessels. All gasoline and diesel fuel will be distributed domestically. This initiative is mostly sponsored by personal and borrowed funds (second-tier banks).

Simultaneously, a government examination is underway for a project to clean railway tanks from the outside, the only one of its kind in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The corporation owns a fleet of vehicles that deliver oil and petroleum products. The Company has received specifications for the construction of an oil pipeline to provide raw materials to the plant in compliance with LLP Expressoil. I also received technical conditions from the oil pipeline for the delivery of final items via pipe transport. Pipe transport is today the most affordable means of transportation in the world, so the activities outlined above will result in a large rise in the value of the product produced.

Materials and equipment for current operations and building are generally sourced from manufacturers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other Customs Union countries, with the exception of basic equipment. The principal equipment suppliers are European businesses. The equipment purchased with revolutionary technology meets global environmental standards and is in accordance with Republic of Kazakhstan legislation. Production technologies comply with both international and domestic norms and laws.

Supply pressure sewage work will soon be completed. The company uses its resources to enhance infrastructure, construct auxiliary facilities, and so on. Our company mostly offers finished products to wholesale customers. If we consider exports, firms such as Socar Marketing come to mind; on the domestic market, these are massive enterprises, both regional and republican. The lack of competition in the region makes the project exceptionally advantageous in both economic and social terms. The primary reason is the high and steady demand for fuel and lubricants.
